Installation Instructions

  1. Install the Plucker Viewer for your platform.  The Plucker Distiller is optional and not required to use this doc.  Refer to the Plucker site for documentation and support for Plucker.
  2. Download the Oracle 9i Server Doc in Plucker format.
  3. On the PC where you Hotsync your Palm, install the downloaded PDB file using your favorite Palm Installer program.
  4. Upon installation, the Plucker viewer on your Palm PDA should show the Oracle docs.  Have at it!

Note that the broken links in the Plucker document point to a defunct web page.  Please be kind to my server!

Contact

Many thanks to Biju for hosting this page, but I'm the one solely responsible for whatever content is on this page (and this page alone).  If you need to contact me, please be aware that while I'm open to ideas for improving the doc (like upgrading it to 9.2 and eventually 10), I don't know how responsive I can be on requests.  I'm also unable to assist with general issues with the separately-installed packages that are required for viewing this doc on your Palm.  That being said, I hope someone else can use this.  It's helped me, if only to get me to browse the docs more often.

Enjoy!
